Daawat-e-India hosted by KG1 was a lively combination of healthy breakfast and parent interaction.  The corridors of KG1 adorned a festive look with decorative torans hanging over the classroom doors and each class representing a different region of India.  Parents and children were dressed in vibrant colourful Indian traditional attire of their specified region.

Parents were seen participating to whip up a healthy menu together and enthusiastically decorating the table assigned to them for the interclass completion.

The real showstoppers were our little dipsites who confidently welcomed their parents with the song ‘Made in India’ and our DPS Maharaj giving the parents the recipe for the dish of the day.

It was a morning of great camaraderie and team work which all of us will remember for a long to me to come.
